SPEAKING OF GRILLED CHEESE!!!
At our potluck today, a coworker brought in "mozzarella bread". It is literally a grilled cheese made from two slices of french toast with mozzarella in the middle (no sugar on the bread). It was absolutely delicious.

 

Or you could just look at it and shrug then return it like I did.
