Where are you exporting from? Did you install MTS from the Chrome store or GitHub? What browser and version? Press Ctrl+Shift+J on the page you are exporting from and see if there is any errors show after you attempt to export.

 

Ya know.. That's something I miss about BJ's....
They had a "contact" IN the hit. You could contact them while doing the HIT for feedback.

Ctrl+Shift+J reveals this:

That wouldn't do anything, but you should delete that script since its horrible for page requests. What about the other questions and can you export normally with the "Forum" dropdown.
