I threw my first qual task attempt back last week due to technical issues and did not attempt another mostly because I found the instructions a bit confusing.
I have a couple in my Q now though, so I will try to dive into one

Do you currently know what the reward/pay will be for completing the HITs?

 

Thanks for the communication, it's much appreciated. In the past, I've been avoiding doing the qual - but I think I'll go ahead and give it a shot next time I can catch it.

For what it's worth I did end up completing the qual today even though I returned it previously. I think at the time I returned it mostly due to frustration at the sort of clunky movement (I kept running into stuff and then having to turn around and move diagonally to get back out and stuff like that if I remember correctly) and not knowing how much the actual HIT was going to pay so I felt like it wasn't worth continuing. I see that the bonus for completing the qual has increased from $0.5 to $1.5, though, which is nice.

Sure but being blocked is never good. It puts your account at risk for being shut down.

maybe so but some good hits are released using that account and every time one is I email who ever is using the account at the time to try to get unblocked and I have yet to even get a response

Are Requester training wheels a thing? Asking for a friend...

 

We are keeping track of the time you spend playing the game itself, and because turns are timed, we can pay exactly $15/hr if we know how long you spent on it via bonuses (plus a base pay for waiting for a partner, which we may max out at 5min or so). I'm not exactly sure how to configure the HIT so that it won't look underpaid (from the list of HITs), as most of it will come through bonuses. Maybe reviews will show this?
