I sent her screenshots of what I can see on my end, and this is what she sent back as far as the instructions for the HIT:

What HIT are you guys talking about?

 

yeah right, your/our stuff is among the most stable i've got. i was thinking of my dr. frankenstein experiments.

 

The Dolan HIT.

 

I missed out on Dolan quals.

 

It started as scrapings from beer vats. Thick, very dark brown and salty spread that you eat on toast. It's through the roof in vitamin B. Kind of an acquired taste.

@ThisPoorGuy has some insane vendetta against it, but if you eat enough of it you become a world champion rugby player, so there's that.
