Well, everything is within about 20 minutes, so it is convenient. I don't have to drive a hour to go see a movie or do fun stuff.

it's definitely a bucket list thing for me to see a game in denver... i guess colorado springs would be good enough. i know someone going to the craft brewers conference in denver, the second week of april this year. he said i can tag along and crash with all of them if i can pay for my own flight. super, super tempting. if they end up not making the playoffs, i'd still be surrounded by beer.

if you could manage to go to the dallas one, you should! that'd be fun.

Cattle makes living in the country severely overrated. If you are away from that, then it's great.

 

When I was growing up, we raised over 300 head of cattle...it doesn't bother me. I even had a cow poop on my head once as a kid.

LOL though that DID bother me...my uncle wouldn't let me go home and shower cause we had too much to do. I had to rinse my hair in the spigot.
