    All hits have an automatic 30-day automatic approval if the requester doesn't manually do it. As far as "reasonable"...that can vary wildly by requesters. I usually see most hits being approved in 1-5 days but I've had plenty run the full 30 days.

    30 days is the max before auto-approving, the default is 3 days from the requester dashboard but requesters can change it to anything.
