Oh, he's on antibiotics for his still going infection that's dying down, pain killers as needed for his teefies still hurting a bit, and some stuff for his tummy flora that the antibiotics wiped out. My dog does this when he sees me coming at him with his topical flea prevention and his brush and his shampoo + towel. He also fleas when it's time to clean ears. He loves his heartworms prevention, though. That and wearing the totally adorable sweater I'm about to spend like 20 minutes struggling to put on him.
