    cakes from grocery stores and walmart have tasted more and more bland and similar to each other over the last 10 years, especially the last few years. to me at least. and the carrot cakes look overly orange. real carrot cakes are brownish-orangeish. too bad it takes practically a whole afternoon to peel all the carrots.

    2. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3. 2 eggs = 6 tablespoons water and 10 teaspoons vegetable oil.
    4. 3 tablespoons water = milk instead
    5. boil for an hour until your apartment almost catches on fire. throw in trash.

    Cons:
