    Just be careful with firing back too much. Requesters have been known to report people to Amazon before because of it. I know given what you've said he obviously started the disrespect but just be aware. One trash requester isn't worth risking an account lock/suspension.

    If you had seen my previous posts you will have seen that I conducted myself professionally in all communications. The good McDr. drew first blood, when he...and I quote called me a "butthole", so, if evidence has to be presented as to why I replied in this fashion, then let the chips fall where they may. I always treat requester's with respect, even when I know they are wrong, but this is someone who holds one of the higher degrees and should know how to conduct himself with a modicum of professionalism, he doesn't. So, I had to be the one to disabuse him of the notion that he can communicate with people in such a slapdash and salty manner. The End.
