So, the demographics are asked in the middle of the survey (please dont). You think you finished and then BOOM more bubble hell. Some annoying ACs at the end of the survey. Seriously, dunno how I got a fair hourly out of this... this survey felt eternal.

Yeah, this is good advice & super helpful for generalized learning the only thing is it doesn't mimic the full workflow experience which is where most of the time wasted goes anyway (for me on Zs) and why those sitting there rotting is kind of a "unique" opportunity given the full context.

There are def in-frame enhancements that can be made to Kada's original script though (remove animations -,-) I just remember trying to work on actual workflow enhancements w/ Zs back in the day and always being frustrated that I could never really catch them in a way to reliably test changes haha.

Eh, Google Endor has almost universally been chill w/ workers. They pay decent to far above average wages for the platform, they don't reject (nearly enough), they approve quickly. On the abuse scale it is fairly well known we treat them worse than they treat us. I'd be inclined to believe some intern uploaded the wrong template than it being a conscious wage drop decision, but YMMV and obviously their biggest knock is lack of communication so no way to know either direction.
