I mean,to be fair, I know folks who go hiking in that weather too vaguely crazy folks, mind you. The same folks who have convinced me micro spikes and snow shoes are totally worth it (help me, have been browsing micro spikes and snow shoes for mammoth!)

But also, you’re welcome to sleep in my guest room

The weather has been just weird here lately, side effects of living at high elevation. Have had to finally test my emergency poncho this winter, to find out it leaks. Had to get a better one. Nothing like getting sleeted on up a mountain for a total of 10 minutes and being annoyingly damp. Such is life or whatever. But also, fuck-a youuu, faulty poncho!
