What's even worst. I had to send them my worker ID because the code disappears if you try to copy it, but they've already approved mine. Send a code don't get paid, don't send a code get paid.

Its possible. You can 'dispose' of tasks on MTurk which makes them permanently deleted from the platform. I think MTurk's actual employees/customer support can overturn them manually, but the requester has no way to do it.

But uhh, normally that's a mistake, not a conscious decision by the req to be like "peace yo" lol

This was proven false last week by the terence requester who said they had deleted all of the data so there was no way they could reverse the rejection. We got the IRB involved, and all us who complained (maybe more) had the rejection reverse within 24 hours. So yeah, Amazon can do it manually on their end.

Pros:
- The top 20% of performers get a bonus, but I don't remember if they said what the bonus amount was.
- The tasks themselves are pretty easy and mindless.

Cons:
- The speed at how the objects move in the tasks made me sleepy. It wasn't that it was laggy or anything, they just moved slow (demonstrating where they go).
- This is one of those hits where the time estimated by the requester is fairly accurate, I'm sure someone could speed it up a bit, but I don't see anyone finishing this in 3 minutes or whatever.

So if you ever have the survey code say the turkprime.com server is unavailable or something like this, it looks like right clicking and reloading the frame seems to work. That's nice to know since I was going to email the requester but saved that effort.
