    They're filtered out atm because in practice they tend to "hide" the fact that the main task exists if it pays well but it'll be fixed in a couple of days once MTS users are stable/squared away (so many emails to answer haha).

    Basically this is what happened w/ them previously:

    Review 5c screen @ $1/hr
    Review $1 hit @ $10/hr

    Requester profile shows the req pays $5/hr, which isn't true at all haha. Doing that 10s 5c screener is usually worth it to get to the main task (sometimes it isn't for sure, but usually its a necessary evil) so we started hiding ones that met really low criteria from being reviewed so it wouldn't skew things unfairly :)

    I worked in IT in a rooms to go warehouse and if I needed "equipment/supplies" I had to write a detailed reason as to why the expense was required. I had a small problem that I tried to just...get fixed by a phone call but no...gotta follow protocol.

    I was aggravated because the problem should have been easily fixed but they still needed that detailed report. So I spent an hour of my time and wrote a 1600 word report about why our printer wouldn't work in the main management office and I ended it with: "Solution: Send me a $5 ink cartridge"

    It literally just needed ink. :emoji_rolling_eyes:

    I love watching tiny house videos on youtube, Some of them are just so well designed and they feel so nice and roomy. And then I look at the prices and see some of them priced at well over 100K. Some of them are just crazily priced.

    By the way, apropos of nothing, I spent approximately 2,000 hours driving from eastern PA up to Massachusetts yesterday afternoon. First time I've driven in what I'd describe as literal white-out conditions. A combination of snow squalls and driving through wide flat fields and high winds meant there were periods where I had to slow down to 15 or 20 mph because I legitimately couldn't see the road in front of me. That was interesting.

    Half my passengers (the teenage girl half) were on their phones and oblivious. The other half (moms of said teenage girls) were on their phones sending messages to their friends and family including photos of the rubbish conditions "see, this is what it's like, we are mildly perturbed about having to drive in this".

    We have an acre of wooded land with a little wooden cabin on it down by Kentucky Lake that we go to in the summer. It's one big room kinda divided up with two lofts. I love it and want to move there forever!
