    Pros:
    Laid out decently for a portion of it. Could be completed faster by someone else but not much in my opinion.
    Cons:
    Workflow interruptions with needing to press OK to often. Too many on one page to answer on a scale that is only on the top. The topic is emotional so I kept scrolling upwards at the first half to remember the scale correctly. Could be upsetting.
