I think for my next dog, I want either a pug or a corgi.

I don't know if I can handle bigger dogs, I got lucky with my last one with the fact that she was a good girl though.

If you're getting a pug, know that they're prone to breathing issues. If you're getting a corgi know that they're working dogs and need a lot of exercise and can sometimes have back issues because of their elongated spine. Personally I'd like an Australian shephard, but I didn't get to pick my dog's breed.

Pugs have health issues i hear usually regarding thier breathing. Corgis though... OMG. WANT.

 

Just about every dog breed has health issues, but pugs and English bulldogs have it the worst, I think. People who breed dogs for "cute" traits with no regard for the dog's actual health need to be jailed.

 

Enthusiasm, yet another thing dogs have that cats don't.
