Yeah actually, I bought some pretty heavy duty knee pads and that's been working pretty well! It still feels really weird but it doesn't slip so I don't tip over

I swear by this stuff. I could not hike as much as I do without it. I did some gross things to my knee with ballet! I also tape my ankles for stability on long hikes...and maybe that time I didn't, is that time I recently pulled a muscle in my back after I slipped and fell.

 

Ohhh, knee pads! Nice! I thought I ran out of tape yesterday and had a bit of a meltdown. Matt walked out of the master bath with another roll in his hand, fully worried that I was tearing the house down in a tape related rage.
