Yeah you can block individuals. Once you get rid of the people who don't understand Endor etc. The return reviews are pretty useful.

Pros:
Apparently I had started this before and it saved my progress, so that's nice and saved me a half of a round.
Most of the time was waiting (two minute timed pages) where I did other things. Very passive with only a few minutes of actual work.

$5 bonus for top (4?) people with "most original" ideas as judged by researchers.

Cons:
Rating ideas and stars was somewhat boring and tedious. Would have been much quicker if I could have continued when I was done, rather than waiting out the timers.
