It still is super early and it could possibly not happen but I'm pretty sure that it will.

 

but there's also the fact that it'll increase your homes value when it's time to sell, or even be a deciding factor as to whether your home sells or not.

 

my dad used to manage a laundromat and once my friends and i rode our bikes through it in the middle of the night when i was like ~7 or something. we parked our bikes by the candy machine to get more candy because what else should you do in the middle of the night but eat more candy? and some crazy lady grabbed my hair and said "such pretty pretty pretty long hair, such pretty hair, such pretty pretty pretty long hair" and i was pretty sure she was a disney villain. i'm still friends with those childhood friends and they repeat this story at least once a year.

 

I disagree with a lot of these ratings.

Also that. You can prob sell a home without a dishwasher but good luck without a washer/dryer.

My favorite time to do laundry is also like 1am so that wouldn't fly without one outside if living in an apartment complex with some within walking distance.

 

I don't agree with the crime in my area, though I wouldn't consider it super safe.

 

I'm not familiar enough with the area to say to be perfectly honest.

I've been in a lot of laundromats in my life and none were that sketchy. Then again I was also a kid. They just had that general sense of "everyone who's here is poor and they also know you're poor because why else would you be here?"
