    Just seeing this now, but I got rejected too. I directed her to the TV reviews because, as you said, all the times seemed relatively similar. Sent her an email and found additional contact info in case it needs to be escalated.

    Just wait. when a HIT is made - the requester sets a time for them to auto-approve. This can range from like 5 seconds to 30 days or something.

    Just gotta wait.
    Mturk is a waiting game.

    You are waiting for a batch to approve? They will approve whenever the requester is ready (or in 30 days if they are lazy). Bugging a requester to approve quicker could be bad since all they have to do is hit a few buttons and reject you. They probably won't do that...but you never know.

    Long approval timers are just one of the downsides to mturk.

    I have emailed requesters to ask them to approve my hits before. usually they ignored my email. sometimes they were very nice and approved them same or next day. faster than they would have.
