Pros:
Bonus task goes as long as you'd like it to up to a limit, so if you're fast and want to keep going, you can hang around to make a bit more. I stopped a bit over halfway through the allotted time for the task.

Cons:
Tedious task. Bonus partially based on some light chance, that makes it go faster or slower depending your luck of what the task provides. Re: the HIT title - I think $4 would have been my amount if I had stayed for the whole time, and $12 seems downright impossible from my vantage point, so I'd take that estimated range with a huge grain of salt.
