They want us to put our trash outside our door at 3am but no earlier (lol everyone is going to put it out the night before) and only a max one one bag or we get charged a fee.

We don't have an issue with people sleeping in the trash or w/e but the homeless just dig through it and pull the damn things out. All the apartment complex needs to do is put a lock on the trash can area thing and give a key to the trash collectors.

Yeah, a gated dumpster area with a lock works pretty well. Doesn't solve all the issues but my brain has already come up with like 10 new issues that are disgusto and will be happening with bags outside of doors at 3 am.

This is dumb enough that my brother that was planning on moving to a different apartment in this complex is now instead looking at the other apartment complexes in the area.
