    I mean.. yeah you could try explaining the technical details but what you really need (speaking from experience here) is what I like to call a "scape goat" .. you just pick someone who is around.. possibly a mod.. possibly well liked often with a yellow avatar and blame them for not fixing the problem.

    It's not about quelling the rage my man, it's about directing it anywhere but at you.
