    If she had any control over money what so ever I would be living on the street corner. She is that clueless with finances it is terrifying. Fights over money have led to near divorce several times. It's our only issue but it's a big one.

    All of our weekly spending of $150 a week is what I give her. I have to keep track of it for her. I even tried giving her an app but she got frustrated with it and told me to deal with it. I don't think her parents taught her about life.

    I have tenants like this. More than you would think just spend and don't care that they have to pay late all the time.

    Until I give them a notice to move tf out. I'm not chasing you every month because you can't manage money.

    (And most often? It's the ones who make waaaaaaaayyyyyy more than 3x's the rent, almost never the super poor struggling ones)

    Either way I've held it off the best I can. I dug myself out of stupid teenage debt I created for myself and bought a house and go on a couple of out of state vacations per year. So at least it's workin ;)
