I'm making a cross between bruschetta and pizza! I'm quick pickling some shallots in balsamic and chopping up tomatoes and seasoning them instead of a smoother, sweeter sauce. Charring some red pepper and blackening shrimps and lobster tail meat. Haven't decided if I'm gonna do flat bread dough or normal pizza dough, and then I got some tasty AF fontina and fresh mozzarella to top it with.
