    No, I think they are very subjective. And sometimes none of them make sense. It's hard to believe a human actually wrote an ending on some of them! And then on others they all sound perfectly normal. I think it depends on what you get. He is a great requester though, you could get the qualification back.

    Pros:
    Unique highlighting of user reviews. Good to know companies actually look at user owner reviews & analyze them to hopefully better their product.
    Cons:
    Quite a bit involved for the pay, especially since users can have vague reviews and highlighting "correct" parts heavily relies on interpretation and semantics.
