Descender is gonna be a movie series. Brubaker has Criminal Vol. 2 that just started. Hickman isn't allowed to do anything new until he finishes East of West and Black Monday Murders.

 

Why do I never catch shit like this?!

I did once get annoyed by a super long timed page for a writing prompt (this was a couple years ago), and it was a picture of a bald man giving a presentation in a library. The prompt was just, "what do you think this man is doing with his day?" but it was timed for like 15 minutes and asked you to write the whole time please- the minimum word count was like 50 words. I had absolutely nothing else to do at the time, so I wrote A NOVEL about Balding Bob and his secret love for the librarian. I wrote about Bob's deep insecurities about his hair line, how he wore his cleanest kohls khakis to impress, and the shudder he felt in his soul when his hands once touched Marian the Librarian's hand over stale donuts. WOULD MARIAN FINALLY NOTICE HIS REPRESSED LOVE? WHAT WAS HE DOING WITH HIS LIFE THAT HE JUST COULDN'T TELL HER HE WAS IN LOOOOOVE WITH HER. HE LOVED THE WAY HER BEADY EYES LOOKED UNDER THE FLOURESCENT LIGHTSSSSS! You guys wanted me to write for 15 minutes, you got it!

The survey promptly ended after that and I got a bonus, so I assume I amused someone. Someone probably had a field day talking about the crazy lady and her jacked up story.
