Pros:
Large potential bonus that makes the hit worth it.
I contacted them because the bonus I received at the end was different from the one I was told I would receive. They got back to me in a few hours.
They approved and paid in the bonus in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Cons:
From the response I got from the requester it seems the number you get at the end is the total including the base pay for the hit not the bonus by it self.
Base pay is very low for the time and relies on a good bonus to be worth it.
A few glitches in the system with calculating bonus that you may end up having to contact the requester about.
