    revoke if you minorly fucked up (that allows a retake of qual test)
    lower qual to sub-minimum if you majorly fuck up (can't retake qual test)

    never reject unless you straight up pick random answers and scam.

    I'm dan though and not rowan - so don't trust me, but you might be able to trust me here.
