He's a responsive dude. When he first put up his HITs a bunch of us were unable to finish after the 16th round. It wouldn't allow us to submit. He made make-up HITs for us with our earned bonuses.

Fedex used to be the worst of the delivery services around here. It goes UPS, Fedex, USPS, and then all the other guys now. USPS regularly scans my packages as "no access to delivery address" or whatever and then magically they can deliver it a few days later after I Grinch at them.
