So make dough, roll, cut, put on baking sheet and freeze that way. Once frozen, put into storage baggie and label with instructions? Do they need to be individually wrapped or can they all be shoved into a freezer bag without individual wrapping (Note: I double bag all my bagged stuff for freezer...)

 

Afternoon, nerds.

 

I freeze on sheets with parchment (you can stack, just parchment or something between the layers of biscuits before they are frozen so they don’t stick) and then once they are frozen, I chuck them in a ziploc. I usually bake mine at like 475 for a few minutes to really get them going and then drop to 425 or so but there’s a few ways to get it done (I think King Arthur flour has you do like 475 for awhile and then turn off the heat and leave them in the closed oven till done? Either way, pretty easy peasy!).
