    Just cooked my chicken the way you said to on Friday (got busy over the weekend) and I am nomming hard right now lol.

    I went with a spicy general's sauce and shallow fried the chicken in sesame oil in my cast iron then pulled it out, did a super quick refry while the vegge/sauce was going. Then put it all over some rice. Thanks for the advice!
