A bit late, but I'm having a hard time thinking of any traditional breakfast food that cannot be heated quickly and easily in the AM
But since that's not much of an answer, a nice vegetable juice made the night before and stored in a mason jar or w/e can make great breakfast and it could not get much easier and quiet.

If you don't have a juicer I can almost guarantee someone you know has one collecting dust in a basement somewhere that they will happily give you, kinda like waffle irons
