Basically. It usually means either adding a qual that means you can't work on it, or removing the qual that lets you work on it. It's on the whim of the requester.

From what I remember there was one that said max submissions and there was an uh oh you screwed up one that could be assigned. I mean most of the ones I did had the gesture like right in the text with the person talking about how something was making them laugh, so I would like to think it's not the second one. But oh yeah he got me too.

 

@PeachyRider I watched UH today, and they lost. Which is typical of my relationship with UH.

But then I watched the Dynamo, and they tied. So, I guess that's something.

 

UH lost today? I know Game Day was there. Figures they would lose with the national spotlight on them sigh

 

It happens. It's only their 2nd loss all season. I'm hoping for a deep tournament run though.

I believe the soft-bans people talk about are from computer vision turk (a different noah account). A lot of people got soft-bans on those for not tracing the object boundaries correctly. I haven't heard of anyone getting soft-banned on Noah chat hits, people just get a qual that locks them out of the HITs if they don't do them correctly. Or the $2 ones if you do too many.

 

Why does Noah have like 5 different accounts?

 

Not sure, I am assuming to keep different work on different accounts, or maybe it is a group of different people that all work in the came company/whatever they are from and posting from the same account became too confusing?

 

they had a nice run last year and would’ve made it further if michigan didn’t make a game winning three. should be interesting to see what they do this year

 

I'm just glad these recent rp chat hits don't have a max time per day qual like the old 90 cent chat ones I did a good bit of last year.

 

Any idea what he/they're doing with all this stuff? Seems like a really odd variety of AI things. I don't see what CVT and a Minecraft AI bot have in common.

I was just looking for that link. I saw someone on reddit bring up that noah = facebook AI research

 

That's just regular computer vision neural net though, right? I just assumed he was training something for OpenCV
