It's in a lot of things you eat, tbh >.> I just was able to pull that food label super fast. It's in cheeses, canned soups, a lot of snack foods, a ton of asian dishes use it, it's in commercially produced baked goods, dipping sauces, etc etc etc. It's like a naturally occuring form of msg (they aren't the SAME, but similar as they are glutamates and whatnot) and it's super tasty. I wouldn't eat a straight tablespoon of it, but I add it to plenty of dishes.
