    wierd, mine was approved even though I submitted the screenout code , I was worried about it after I did not see they made a mistake on the screenout which they only intended to pay .25 cents. Glad they reversed it

    @ThisPoorGuy I only cry a little bit about the house stuff each year month day hour.

    Doesn't matter cuz he's locked in for an extended period of time. As long as his interest rate is good, he can ride the wave of the market crashing and coming back up.

    Don't listen to any of them!

    The housing market crashed further after I bought the house I'm in now (it was already on its way down) but I recently checked and my place is worth easily $100K more than I paid for it now.

    Also, YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT with your place!!! You want a dog? Get one. You want to paint? Feel free. Want to rip out those bushes? Go for it. Granted, you have to pay for it all, but ain't no one going to suddenly kick you out or jack your rent up so high you're not sure you can feed your kids.

    Congrats! Being a homeowner is awesome!

    (for some, I know some people who never want to own again for reasons and that is awesome, too!)
