@SamAnt The difference is honestly so marginal, that I wouldn't freeze them again, tbh. The spread was BARELY less, and it didn't really sparkle with me, given how much longer you have to bake them compared to the ones from the fridge. If I'm saving them to make at a later date, I'd chuck em in the freezer, but if I'm just making them that week? Def fridge.



Now we know, thru the power of science! My next goal is to use smoked sea salt, cause I saw a pastry chef do that, and I'm curious if it makes a difference that anyone will notice. I feel like it will be a nice touch, but ultimately not that noticable? I'm willing to be proven wrong tho, and it will be a delicious experiment.

I actually got my dad and my brother to start using keepass. My mom can barely use her phone so I'm not even going to try.

Heh. My kid makes good money!!! He has more money in a bank savings account than many adults I know.

That's not even counting money he has elsewhere.

That will pay me back when I don't have to pay as much for his food when he's in college!

Plus he just bought us more Girl Scout cookies, bought me a great Christmas gift and pays for all his own video games/computers/computer repairs.

 

I'm about ready to have my mom manage all of hers because...well...if she loses that damn book we're all effed.
