It'll happen occasionally since instead of doing a 2nd DB call it just looks at if the last insert was new or not.. so if someone does happen to review a new req at almost the same time it'll just & be like "yea sure that's close enough" and add the text to the next export

It's just visual FWIW, if I ever apply a "# of first reviews" to user accounts I'll spend the extra call to the db to make sure its accurate
