    I was able to connect to someone who never responded. Just had to say "hello?" and guess. Email him though through the "contact requestor" button, he was a little slow, but got back to me and offered a compensation if I had lost the original hit.

    me too- had to return- my partner bolted before we even got started- left me hanging... has not been my day so far- everything is either long, convoluted in some weird way, broke, or I'm not qualified...
