Yea man my form is pretty on point but i did some incline press and had the worse pain a day after around the shoulder area, one side of the shoulder is pain free but the other side is taking a while to heal. I have been watching vids about form and it seems to be the key to avoid injuries. Using some motrin and icy hot patch are helping but not enough

 

Just sore when i lift my hand above my head, other than that i can do about everything normally just an annoyance

You might just need a break to let it heal. Let it rest for a little or lighten your weights and see how that feels. Ice it too. If there is any swelling that will help. Hopefully that takes care of it. If not, you might want to see someone about it before it gets any worse. Injuries suck, and trust me, the older you get the harder they are to recover from!!
