    While going outside isn't some magical cure all, getting more sunlight actually does help with depression. Simply changing your sleep cycle from staying up all night playing video games to actually being awake during normal people hours alone can help a lot. Every person is different, though there is something about vitamins and sunlight or whatever that's supposedly all scientifically proven and stuff.
