Hey peeps, does anyone work lying flat on your back, without a pillow under your head? What's your setup? Typically I prop my laptop up over my hips and using "Lazy Glasses" to see the screen, however those seem to cause eye strain/make the screen appear smaller. I'm considering getting one of those computer screen arms, or something else to hold the laptop over my head, and getting an external mouse/keyboard.
