Basically. I think she meant to give him the name Todd Derek and then was so high that she thought, "Todderick, what a beautiful name! It's perfect!"

He goes by just Todd and I didn't find out this amazing fact until I met his mother. It was amazing.

they paid a couple 15k to name their kid that too

 

Cause, apparently his parents thought it was fantastic and decided to keep it. Mostly because his mom was like, " you weren't here and I decided I like it, shut up."

This was the biggest argument.. MIDDLE NAMES MATTER. YOU CANNOT JUST PICK ANY RANDOM ASS MIDDLE NAME FOR NO REASON THAT SOUNDS LIKE SHIT WITH THE REST OF THE NAME FFS

 

I knew a couple that were named John and Donna. They named their daughter after them - called her Johnna.

My mom wanted to name me Henry Michael Joseph Jacob Lastname, and I'm not joking. SO GLAD I turned out a girl, and my dad had dibs on that. My mom would weirdly complain about this to me when I was a child, cause she was still also mad that I wasn't a boy, as the original ultrasound led everyone to believe I would be. She also tried to name my sister something overly complicated and my Dad managed to snipe naming rights for her as well. (luckily)
