    Oh , my mind just kind of went blank with your original post, the caffeine hasn't kicked in yet. Yeah to many people seem to flag the hit as broken when all you needed to do is to alter the url to get the survey to load. Maybe CT could add something so people could leave a note saying the url needs to be altered to get the hit to work correctly.
