Dang it is like $4 here

 

No Pe but I did get to go to the WVU spring game and see WVu baseball take another series against a top 25 team.. so the $45 I spent in concession food was worth it.

 

I waited too long to start as well, but I submitted with a note when I was around 80% done and then emailed the code when I finished.

 

I have a tried and true recipe that I'll send you. It's a chocolate cheesecake recipe that I found years ago in a magazine. I still have the magazine from the eighties. It's an expensive recipe, so I only make it once a year or so, but I'll dig it out and send you the specifics. It doesn't crack, although other recipes I've tried sometimes do. I think, in the end its just the combo of ingredients.

Will probably take longer for most, as I kind of scrapped going for the extra bonuses once I missed a couple.
Requirements for the "extra" bonus for number correct is too stringent and the bonus too low. Really didn't encourage me to take extra time to go for the bonus that really wasn't enough. So, requester needs to fix that part of compensation. Just seemed wiser to go fast, screw the extra 50 cents to 1$ I could have made and just do two quick 50 cent hits when I finished.

Surprise godly batch that I got capped on and got a good qual. March was dead. April looking good so far.

 

I was out of the house (still am), so I didn’t see this.

Cheesecake usually cracks from over mixing! Especially if the cream cheese wasn’t soft and room temp. It also cracks from being too dry! I always make sure to detach the sides of the pan from the cheesecake when I take it out.

Worse case scenario, I add some sour cream topping or a whipped cream topping to cover it up!
