    Where are you from? Kentucky just passed a cottage law that went into effect in July. You can sell baked goods from your home, just not cheese cake or anything that requires refrigeration. It has to be shelf stable. You don't have to have a commercial kitchen, and you don't have to be inspected. However, that said, they reserve the right to come in and inspect if a need arises. Most states have some sort of cottage law.
