Decently sure most people don't get outraged at unpaid screeners. It's more like a "hey, there's a screener on this survey, you might get caught in it" warning.

 

Good point. I was just imagining redditers having a cow, but then I realized......................... So totally fair point.

 

Being screened out of something is one thing but being screened out by something the requester could have easily controlled for, eg gender, beforehand is garbage. If I've spent a minute answering demographics questions only to find out that my gender disqualifies me, that is an issue with the test and a waste of time.

 

Since I can make money with no pants on I'm 100% willing to deal with that.
