    Is hit forker supposed to send a new browser notification for the same hit every time it refreshes? I have it at the standard 3 second delay and every 3 seconds I get the same notification for the same hit stacking one on top of the other. Overwatch would delay the notifications so they only showed up for the same hit every once in a while, not every time it refreshed.
