    Pretty much. You should update your review so people who look at TV before doing the HIT can grab the IRB for you.

    EDIT: I marked your review as useful so hopefully it bubbles to the top of TV when people quickly view TV before doing the HIT.

    Well you dont have the info yet, but just mark on your TV page that "If you plan to do this HIT, please write down the IRB contact information and post in your review" for future reference. ;)

    one thing I learned a long time ago was that I need to make screenshots of at least 3 pages on each and every survey that I do: the front hit page, the page were the instructions and IRB information is contained in the page that has these submission code. That way you have all the information you need to discuss those nasty rejections. YMMV…
