I think the main prerequisite for being the "HOA Dude" is to have too much free time.

 

The extent of my interaction with Stanford's IRB has been "Get fucked, pleb."

For context, the tl;dr is that I didn't spend a minimum of 10 seconds on the CONSENT PAGE, and the IRB backed this clown, saying that he could set whatever arbitrary time limits he felt was necessary to ensure adequate reading and understanding of ANY page.

This is the first place that wants you to read the consent and actually think about agreeing to their shit before just accepting it.

I can't imagine having some prick tell me what I can and cannot do on my own property. Get fucked and get a life. I'm not made for city life.

 

I pitched a hizzy recently cause they ticket us for having our trashcan out too many hours past pickup, BUT THE HOA GUY PUTS HIS TRASH CAN OUT A FULL DAY EARLY and we have like 3 neighbors that put it out WAY EARLY and trash blows around the street cause they have too much crap in their trash can. I'm fine. I'm not pissed. I'm fine.

We also aren't supposed to have trailers visible, and we once had the trailer out for like half a day, because we were leaving the next morning and didn't wanna have to roll the car out of the garage just to stuff the trailer in there for the rest of the night....ticketed. We literally just leave it at our friend's house the rest of the time, cause they charge like 20 bucks a WEEK to have a seperate trailer spot across the damn neighborhood. Suck my feathers, you dinks!

 

Oh! I downloaded that a few weeks ago! For like $5 or something? I haven't played yet tho!

I'm still convinced that the requester just didn't like what I had to say. I think the completion code thing was just an attempt to find a "reason" for the rejection that the IRB would see as acceptable.
