I swear, every fucking time I call them out they DONT SHOW UP then tell me they will show up the next day and the problem is fixed over night so I look like the ash hole when they show up and I say it's fine now, why the fuck didn't you show up when it was a problem still? I've stopped calling them if it's under a days outage.
